Tips to Keep Healthy Body

In day to day life we are ignore our body than any other thing. Think carefully if you are ignore towards your body and soul. If you want to live longer then you have to keep some time spare for your body.

Body alarming messages time to time, if your brilliant then you should easily understand message of body.


  • Wake early

  • This two word looking very simple but it can change your life. In early morning oxygen level in surrounding are high. Minimum vehicle are on road so air pollution is minimum.

  • Eat Healthy

  • Rather than eating fast food eat healthy diet. Cereals, fiber enriched vegetables and fruits in your eating habit can maintain health of stomach. Healthy stomach is key of remain healthy.

  • Avoid cigarette , Tobacco and Alcohol

  • Cigarette, Tobacco and Alcohol are enemy of your nervous system. Those damages most of the body part. so stay away from those. It is beneficial to you and your family also.

  • span style="font-weight: bold;">Do Exercise

  • Daily half and hour exercise can prevent you from heart problems. Exersice can improve your blood circulation.

  • Do Meditation or Yoga


  • Half and hour yoga can increase your life and stay you young than others. Meditation is very important. If your mind is healthy then only you feel you are healthy.

  • Sleep Early <

  • As wake up early that way you have to sleep early. Avoid overnight work. It will increase strain and stress on your body.
